Shipping Policy

All shipping charges for returns will be paid by the customer. We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. SCOUT will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your SCOUT products just as much as we loved creating them for you. Ultimately, the decision on size, style, and to purchase is up to you as a customer. We understand, however, that sometimes things don't go to plan. When this happens, here is our commitment to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging with the tags still attached.
Online Purchases:
If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want a full price item(s) purchased from wearscout.shop, please return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Sale Items:
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only accept exchanges if the your item was defective or damaged upon arrival. If you ordered the incorrect size or color and are wanting to exchange your item(s), please place a new order. We are happy to refund you (if applicable) any unwanted items.
